Consultancy. ZEROUNO Informatica does not simply sell products to its customers: it delivers complex solutions and provides the expertise to implement them.
Training. ZEROUNO Informatica firmly believes in the importance of training. We organize study courses on how to use the applications, training courses that cover a range of hospitality issues and internships for hotel management schools.

Research & Development. In 1999, ZEROUNO Informatica became the first company to create an electronic control system with the launch of the famous “Compaq AERO” pocket PC. We remained ahead of the field in 2002 with the creation of an identity papers acquisition system to facilitate notification procedures between hotels and the police. In 2004, the company was the first, yet again, to bring out an electronic control system that did not require use of a PC: the Touchbill POCKET. In 2008 it unveiled hottimo, the first ever third-generation application suite dedicated to the hospitality industry: hotels, restaurants and wellness centers.
